Latitude and Longitude
In Social Studies we've been learning about Latitude and Longitude, Latitude is something about the imaginary line that goes up and around the earth. They meandered in degrees in minutes and seconds, and the Longitude lines go up and does the earth travelling from north south..and i think that's pretty much it.

ReplyDeleteI like how you have laid out your slide deck, it's nice and easy to follow.
I used to live on a boat and it was so important to know about latitude and longitude because we used those coordinates to navigate our way around the bay and up the coast of New Zealand.
Have you heard of GPS coordinates? Sometimes they are automatically added to pictures you take on your phone, they also use latitude and longitude.
What latitude and longitude is Bay of Islands College? Hint:Find it on google maps ;)
